You should already have Microsoft Reader. Click on START, PROGRAMS (or All PROGRAMS), ACCESSORIES, ACCESSIBILTY and choose NARRATOR. Say OK to the Info box. It should now be on your Task Bar minimized. Left click on it to bring up some options.
